How To Easily Publish A Book

Many people keep saying, “I should write a book.” Well, writing a book and publishing it is not difficult today, especially with current technology and the internet. With Amazon.com anyone can be an author and publish her or his ideas to the world. When I wrote my first book, I had no one to help me and I ended up paying a $7,000.00 lesson. I’d like to show you, or at least point you to resources that can make your dream of a published book a reality. Tune in!

Oh Lord You’re Beautiful

This song by Keith Green means a great deal to me. It helped me as I went through the valley of death when doctors said I had a rare tropical disease and had six months to live. I’m still here; the doctors were wrong. The Great Physician, however, healed my broken spirit when I was facing death. He never left me and he’ll never leave you during the darkest times of your life. This song was a part of the Lord restoring in me the joy of life. The video is pretty, but I have reservations about the video’s depiction of worship.

“The Pharisee Song” by Sean Dietrich

Here’s an excellent song by Sean Dietrich that typifies the overtly religious.

Help For Those With Depression

A lot of people deal with depression. People are loath to speak up because they’re afraid of what others might say and think. Religion is not kind to people who have depression as I’ve learned by experience. I speak of my own struggles with it and what I did to overcome it.

Why Slung Dung?

The following was written by the very man the clergy base the legitimacy of their position on. The clergy seek to add to their qualifications, but Paul, an ambassador of Jesus, trashed his to get to know Jesus better. This is what Paul wrote (found in Philippians 3:7-10, MSG):

7 The very credentials these people are waving around as something special, I'm tearing up and throwing out with the trash—along with everything else I used to take credit for. And why? Because of Christ.

8 Yes, all the things I once thought were so important are gone from my life. Compared to the high privilege of knowing Christ Jesus as my Master, firsthand, everything I once thought I had going for me is insignificant—dog dung. I've dumped it all in the trash so that I could embrace Christ

9 and be embraced by him. I didn't want some petty, inferior brand of righteousness that comes from keeping a list of rules when I could get the robust kind that comes from trusting Christ—God's righteousness.

10 I gave up all that inferior stuff so I could know Christ personally, experience his resurrection power, be a partner in his suffering, and go all the way with him to death itself.
